Erin graduated from the University of Montana in 2010 with a B.A. in Rhetoric & Public Discourse Communication & a B.A. Political Science with a minor in Psychology. She completed her Masters Degree in Public Administration in 2011.
While completing her masters degree Erin began a career in media sales for a large corporation. Her success in the field blossomed in 2015, when she became the top seller of websites & SEO products nationwide, beating her colleagues across the country each month for the entire year, and shattering previous sales records by 33%.
Following this win in 2016, Erin ventured out on her own, founding both Freedom on The Inside (FOTI)—Missoula's Jail Yoga Program—and Catalyst Content Marketing. While still close to her heart, FOTI is a non-profit program that is now administered by Red Willow Learning Center.

As a lover of learning, Erin teaches Online Integrated Marketing (BMKT 420) at the University of Montana College of Business, hosts a variety of workshops for business owners and is hired for speaking engagements across the region.
Over the years Erin has developed strong relationships with small & medium sized businesses, many in the tourism and outdoor brands space, which allowed her to hone her social media management & content creation skills at a Jedi level of execution.
